Shipping Policy

Shipping

We ship via Ground Shipping which is between 1-5 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or nationally observed US holidays. Online orders can take 1-3 business days for order processing which is not included in the shipping timeline. Within the order processing time, you will be updated as to any changes in availability or items in your order. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.

Missing Orders/Packages:

It is the customer's responsibility to report to us any missing orders or packages. Customers have 30 days from the delivery date given to report to us any missing orders or packages. If a customer reports a missing package outside of the 30 days claims procedure timeline we are then unable to accommodate for any missing orders or packages.

We do not ship internationally, to Hawaii, Alaska and/or US Territories.

Return & Exchange Policy

IN STORE PURCHASES:

We have a no return policy.

 

ONLINE PURCHASES THAT INVOLVE SHIPPING:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damage claim requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. After 3 days, all damage claims will be considered null and void.
